AI Project Manager

AI Project Management Agent

This AI project manager was created for a paid client so that they can improve their work processes. It collects the client's current tasks from ClickUp and produces clear reports based on weekly and monthly goals. The tool sorts tasks, sets priorities, finds possible problems and blockers and even names team members who may help or take responsibility because it knows the team's setup in ClickUp. In addition it has a chatbot that talks with the client letting them ask questions and receive guidance at any time.

My Role:

Did everything from scratch which includes client communication, requirements gathering, planning, coding and deployment.

My Role:

Led the entire project by designing the architecture and database, developing the backend, deploying and maintaining the application on Azure. Built CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines, integrated APIs into the frontend, contributed to frontend coding (React.js) and UX flow, implemented new ideas, and validated them through customer feedback.

AI Customer Support Agent

This support agent helps customers at SmartGrad, an agency that guides people seeking study abroad options. It now works on their website as a chatbot, replacing the old customer service team. The agent answers student's questions about admissions plus universities for international study.It also nurtures the lead and pushes it towards conversion through a CTA. The chatbot gives suitable university options when it talks with students to learn their needs. It does so by using a proper RAG process while it accesses data from all SmartGrad affiliate universities. A separate CV checker was built that lets students send their resume in order to get detailed advice for better improvement.

My Role:

Developed a chatbot microservice using FastAPI, RAG, and Qdrant with a custom knowledge base, and utilized Streamlit to create a visual chat widget. Additionally, created an Azure Function to analyze CVs and provide recommendations for improvement based on the custom knowledge base.

Virtual Assistant

The virtual assistant is a versatile AI-powered tool designed to assist with a wide range of tasks. It constantly learns and evolves aiming to provide the best possible support by generating analytics and insights of my every single interaction with it.

My Role:

Developed a personal virtual assistant in the form of a chatbot with a user interface, utilizing my notes from Obsidian as a custom knowledge base to assist with various tasks.

Octobrain

A Complete Social Media for Students

Octobrain is a lively social media network built solely for students which has around 1,000 users. The network provides tools for post creation, comment writing, reaction selection, announcement display, connection making, notification delivery along with ad placement. In addition Octobrain improves student life by hosting activities such as workshops, competitions along with events, while also allowing easy access to course materials.

My Role:

Designed the database and software architecture, developed the entire backend, created an admin panel using Svelte and integrated it with the backend, built a CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, and hosted and maintained the application on Azure using Terraform and Ansible.

Katerout

U.S. based Catering Marketplace

Katerout is a U.S. based catering service marketplace with active customers placing orders on a regular basis.

My Role:

Built the entire application from scratch, which includes: designing the database and system architecture, backend and frontend development, implementing PostGIS for proximity search based on location, integrating Stripe and third-party logistics APIs, integrating map apis for location capture and drivers route generation, deploying on Azure and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, building the admin panel for Katerout (frontend in Svelte), testing the app, gathering requirements, and building the UI/UX based on those requirements.

Bismo Ticketing

Ticket Booking and Verfication Platform

Bismo's ticketing system is simple yet powerful, now live across multiple events handling 6,000+ users booking tickets. The platform can be seamlessly integrated into any event website, allowing users to book tickets by simply completing a form. Upon booking, users receive their e-tickets via email. These tickets contain QR codes that event organizers can verify using the built-in QR scanner feature of the Bismo platform, creating a complete end-to-end ticketing solution.

My Role:

Designed, built, deployed and maintained the entire thing as a solo dev.

Solar Mapping

Automated Solar Panel Mapping

A web app built for a paid client that maps solar panels over houses based on locations provided on the embedded Google Map and Google Solar API in the landing page and generates cost estimations and savings.

Through this, buyers of solar panels can check how the panels will look above their houses and what the estimated costs, savings, and potential benefits are, such as the amount of federal tax rebate they might get if they purchase from that company.

My Role:

Developed the entire backend using the Google Solar API with FastAPI, created an algorithm to dynamically structure data for image mapping,created caching techniques using Redis and built a functional frontend in Svelte to display solar mapping and related information.
